She is prescribed ibuprofen 400mg 8/24 Prednisone 10mg daily and atorvastatin 10mg daily for her cholesterol. On the medication round this morning the RN realises that Ms Humphrey has been receiving 70mg of Prednisone daily rather than 10mg. She informs the Doctor and registers it on the Incident Information Management System (IIMS).
