Databases: systematic, and standardised search strategy was used. I use two databases Cumulative Literature Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) and MEDLINE and hand search ((citing some articles in the reference lists)).

Exclusion: 1- any review study 2- any study with diabetes patient participant focus 3- any study not address clear barriers or facilitator.
Inclusion: 1- peer-reviewed primary studies – English language only 3- Adult including those at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
4– studies published 2002 to current, this because in 2002 a very strong RCT result show the effectiveness of lifestyle intervention to prevent diabetes type 2 , Knowler et al (2002). Reduction in the incidence of type 2 diabetes with lifestyle intervention or metformin.
PRISMA Diagram: PRISMA 2009 Flow Diagram, an example attached.
Quality Appraisal: use CASP an and in one paragraph write about it and attach the CASP as appendix example attached.
