One of the weaknesses that could be easy identified through the interview was that the interviewee was not well conversant with some basic management skills and facts. With this, he was unable to answer some very difficult questions and relate the workforce to the knowledge gained in the classroom. He also has only basic computer applications skills that will not enable him perform various complicated tasks. Furthermore, his BA in Business Studies, Diploma in Professional Sales, and Advanced Certificate in Sales Management cannot be enough in the modern business field.
