Part 2: Personal reflections
The second part of the assignment is based on the TED talk by Alain de Botton, “A kinder,

Based on what you have learned in the OB Module, provide your personal reflections on the
following statement from this TED talk: “It’s perhaps easier now than ever before to make a
good living. It’s perhaps harder than ever before to stay calm, to be free of career anxiety.”
