For the assignment, you will complete the IPIP-NEO personality test (link below). Upon receiving the results, you will discuss the results and your opinion on how closely it reflects your personality. Use the course material and supplied information from the assessment to support your opinions. This is a reflective journal — as such, you are referencing how the results are related to you.

Define two (2) main traits listed in the personality test you completed (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism). Then explain the personal significance of one (1) sub-trait for each of the two (2) traits you listed. These are listed in your completed results. In other words, explain how you think these sub-traits may impact your:

• education and/or
• future career

Your submission should be NO LONGER than three (3) pages (not including title page and reference page which are to be included), APA format. I will stop reading the paper after the third page!
