This method aims at using two different methods which are not related to help them achieve information that is not biased or misrepresented. There are different methods that fall below this idea. This implies that this method ensures that more information is generated unlike using some of the methods like observation where communication is unavailable. This method is alleged to help spark a lot of information. This method as stated by many analysts is one of the best for obtaining information. This method is also sated as on of the best accurate and which provides useful information. To obtain better and clear information, certain measures must be put in place. Some of these measures include coming up with questions which will be used in the overall process. Methods of collecting and gathering the information should be understood by all. This ensures that the estimated results are obtained to help in the research. This should be done before the real and actual day of gathering the data. The testing of the tools selected should be done to help realize the failures that may be witnessed on the allocated day.

This analysis uses some steps to obtain and gather data. This means that the information and data collected is not analyzed again thus cannot be distorted. This method is basically accepted by companies since it is safe and confidential (Schlessinger, 2004).
Interpretation of the data is one of the most efficient ways to show the results of a program and what the research was about. This means that proper interpretation and display should communicate the findings got. Since qualitative data involves the use of narratives and words, proper methods to display that information should be used. The interpretation of qualitative data should be done a couple of times to help establish that the correct information is achieved. This means that since no calculations are got, wrong information can be submitted. There are different ways which can be used to present the information achieved from the findings. This can be done by use of graphs, numbers and themes (Byrne, 2002).
