- Analyze and reflect on your experience as the mediator.
- Did the mediation go as planned?
- What about this process was particularly challenging?
- Were you able to remain neutral?
- Did you struggle not injecting your own solutions?
- Did you easily reach an agreement, why or why not?
- How would this have been different if this were a real mediation and not a role-play?
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
