In this phase, you will create a data model for the requirements (provided below) using the ER/EER Model.

· An ALUMNI has a unique id, first name, middle initial, last name, graduated class {values Undergraduate=1, Masters=2, and Ph.D./Terminal Degree=3}, graduated year, current company, current position, professional email, personal email, phone, current address (street number, city, state, and country), URLs (e.g., Webpage, GitHub, LinkedIn, Google scholar profile, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), gender, photo, and additional information (first generation status, demographics, etc.) .
· A student must be a mentor, mentee, or both.
· An alumnus can be a mentor.
· A MENTOR must be a mentor in one or more departments. The start date and end date for being a mentor is maintained.
· A mentor has a short bio/summary with last updated date (optional), long bio with last updated date (optional), educational and career interests, hobbies and outdoor activities, interested topics for mentoring (review a CV, work shadowing, review an application, advice on academic and non-academic topics, etc.), keywords, and preferred method of contact.
· A mentor may maintain their availability that include the days, date/start time/end time, etc.
· A MENTEE must be a mentee in one of more departments. The start date and end date for being a mentee is maintained.
· A mentee has a short bio with last updated date (optional), long bio with last updated date (optional), and a summary about themselves.
· A TRAINING module has a unique id, type of training, date made available, and document/video/audio.
· A student or alumni have done zero or more training modules. If pursued, the start date, end date, and completion status is maintained.
· A mentor can have zero or more mentees. A mentee can have zero to two mentors. A mentor and mentee relationship will have a start date, end date, mentor/mentee rating, and mentor/mentee comments, and mentor/mentee testimonials.
· Each MEETING has a unique id, location (address or URL), date, start time, and end time.
· A meeting is between a mentor and mentee. A mentor and mentee can take part in zero or more meetings. When a meeting is scheduled they should be able to share expectations, materials, and notes.
In phase II,
· Identify the Entities, Attributes and Relationships for the above set of requirements
o For Entities: Identify the strong and weak entities; superclasses/subclasses;
o For attributes: Identify key, single/multi-valued, simple/composite, derived/stored, etc.
o For relationships: use (min, max) constraints; and double line where needed;
· Create the ER/EER Model Diagram using Dia (preferably) or any other modeling software (e.g., draw.io) but following notations used in the textbook.
· Create a project report discussing the assumptions (or additional requirements) you made while creating the ER/EER diagram.
