Instructions:
For this discussion, you will select a competitor of the company you have analyzed in prior weeks and develop a competitive analysis.
Use mind-mapping via Bubbl.us to illustrate your competitive analysis. Your mind-map presentation should contain primary branches that discuss each of the aspects of the analysis shown in the sample mind-map provided. Keep in mind that once again, every mind-map sub-branches will differ slightly based on the competitor that you are analyzing.
As with the mind-map that you’d created previously, the branches must discuss each aspect of the competitive analysis; not just identify it.
For this assignment you will need to research the competition by examining their website and/or other press releases regarding the company. Use a minimum of TWO sources to inform your analysis, being mindful that the sources you use are not biased. Failure to include references will be deducted from the “Contribution to the Discussion” section of the discussion rubric.
Once complete, export your brainstorm map as a JPEG or PNG file saved on your computer.
