Your diary should also record any significant problems or issues that surface during the term of your internship. You should record how these problems or issues were resolved. In addition, your diary should record the most important things you feel you learned during the week. The diary may be used during the semester as part of your discussion assignments. The diary must be typed and sent as a Microsoft Word document as a single document submission. Additional requirements are that this journal be double-spaced, that you create TWO complete but short and concise PARAGRAPHS PER WEEK, that you use your last name first when saving the document, and that each weekly entry should be separated by a side heading of the appropriate dates.
