4. Identify and comment on one section of F.A.C. 64-B9. Discuss how any of the concerns or solutions set forth in the articles impact the nurses ability to competently comply with any of the Standards of Practice or Performance.
5. After reading and reviewing the assigned article, Examining Nursing Malpractice: A Defense Attorneys Perspective please address: How does this article relate nursing malpractice to the nursing Standards of Practice?
6. Read the Case Presentation on page 216 (4th ed., 2014) of Burkhardt & Nathaniel and answer the questions in the Think About it section following the case. (if using the e-book, it is the LAST Case Presentation- entitled â€Please Donâ€t Let Me Die!†and Think About It section in Chapter 8)
