On 11th June 2019, Quinnipiac University conducted a poll survey to determine who was likely to succeed in America’s 2020 presidential elections. Respondents were primarily asked to point whom they would vote for if the presidential elections were held that day. According to the poll, several Democratic challengers led by Joseph Biden defeated president Donald Trump with almost a 53 percent margin (Siddiqui, 2019). More women supported Biden than men and white people, who were divided among the two. Besides, both Democrats among them black and Hispanic people supported Biden, while Republicans supported Trump by a wide margin. The gold standard survey was conducted using random digit dialing, where the respondents were questioned using live interviews. The questions were neutral to avoid being biased and improve the credibility of results.
